These terms apply to Dallas Apartment Reviews Directory, an independent directory of apartment complex businesses in Greater Dallas published by DallasApartmentReviews.com. Every score on the site is computed from public review data using one published rubric (see how we rank); no business pays to be listed or scored. Using the site means you accept these terms.

Information, not endorsement

Listings and scores are information, not an endorsement or a recommendation. Business details can change faster than any directory updates, so confirm the specifics (availability, pricing, credentials, insurance) directly with a business before engaging it. We work to keep the data accurate but do not guarantee it is complete, current, or error-free.

Enquiries and referral fees

The site may earn referral fees when enquiries are routed to listed businesses or partners. Scores and rankings are unaffected by any of that: they are produced by the same published rubric for every business, and payment cannot move them.

Corrections, score disputes, and removal requests for listed businesses are handled through the listing policy, which sets out what qualifies and how to submit a request.

Using the site

The site is for finding and contacting apartment complex businesses. Do not scrape or bulk-copy the compiled content, send fake or misleading form submissions, attempt to disrupt how the site runs, or use it for anything unlawful.

Content ownership

The compiled directory, editorial text, scores, and presentation are owned by DallasApartmentReviews.com. The underlying reviews belong to their authors and remain on the platforms where they were published; we store derived analysis, not review text. Business names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Our responsibility

DallasApartmentReviews.com provides the site as-is and, so far as the law permits, is not responsible for losses that follow from using it, relying on it, or hiring a business found through it. When you engage a listed business, that relationship is directly between you and the business. These terms do not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms, and any dispute about the site, are governed by the laws of United States and subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
