Corrections, disputes, and removals for your listing

Dallas Apartment Reviews Directory is an independent directory of apartment complex businesses in Greater Dallas. Listings are built from publicly available business information, and scores are computed from public Google reviews using a fixed, published rubric (see how we rank). Nobody pays to be listed, and nobody can pay to change a score. If your business is listed here and something is wrong, this page explains how to get it fixed.

Fixing factual errors

If your business name, street address, phone number, website, hours, or service offerings are wrong on your listing, you can have them corrected. Send us the accurate information along with proof of the correct values, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once we verify the new data against what you provide, the correction is made and it stays in place through future data updates.

Challenging your score

A dispute tells us that something in your listing data is factually incorrect. This includes a profile matched to the wrong business, reviews assigned to you that belong elsewhere, or a summary that misrepresents what reviewers actually wrote. We do not hand-edit scores, so a dispute does not ask for a higher number. Instead, we re-examine the source data and regenerate your listing. If the data checks out, your score and summary remain as calculated.

Removing a listing

Listings are removed when a business is permanently closed, when a duplicate listing exists for the same business, or when the listing falls outside this directory's scope. Our system also runs a verification check every month that automatically catches and removes closed businesses. If your listing is accurate and your business fits the directory, we may decline a removal request and will tell you why.

How fast we respond

We acknowledge every correction, dispute, and removal request within 5 business days. Removal requests that are approved are carried out within 7 days. Requests we decline come with an explanation of the reason.
